Enjoy a kayak on the bay (there are 3) or stroll out the door for a swim. Bring your fishing rod and try for a snapper, kingfish or other types of fish. You might also like to have a walk around the flower farm and pick citrus fruit or plums if they are in season. There is a fire pit by the waterside, and firewood supplied. Light the fire and have a sun-downer while watching amazing sunsets. The nearest shops are at Bethlehem and the city of Tauranga is 25 mins away.
The cottage has 3 separate spaces; the main cottage which has 2 adjoining bedrooms - one single, one double - both with quality latex mattresses and linen. There is a separate room at the back of the cottage with 2 single beds. A boat shed houses laundry facilities as well as the shower and toilet facilities. The cottage is renovated and beautifully furnished, and has new kitchen appliances. The outdoor patio is tiled and has a water-proof cover to allow outdoor living to be maximised. A teak outdoor furniture set is provided and the space is perfect for barbecues (a quality barbecue is provided).
The kitchen has a daybed looking out to the water, and a large family dining table. There is comfy furniture in the lounge - you can put on a movie (there is a dvd player and movies provided) or relax and read a book. Wireless internet access is also available.
Special conditions: No tents to be put up for addition guests on the property.

It is a perfect spot, we used it as a base on the first night for the grooms last night of freedom and then a family group with singing bridesmaids who could sing to their hearts content without annoying the locals, despite the persistent rain the place was truly top class, I'll be back ??
