Don't be put off by the very poor initial impression this place gives when you arrive. It's much nicer on the inside than the outside. A couple of things that aren't obvious from the photos or other reviews: - You can hear the neighbours on each side of the unit. Not too loudly, but enough to know they are there - No dishwasher, but you are expected to do your own dishes and take your rubbish away - When you are outside on the deck, there is no privacy from neighbours - The view is amazing!
A lovely gem right on the waterfront in Paraparaumu, Rhys has provided all the required mod-cons and extras with loads of board games, a well stocked kitchen and of course the coffee machine. Double glazing helps to make this a great place regardless of the weather. The place is a shock to drive up to, but once you're inside enjoying the comfort and view all is forgotten from the street side.
