Enjoy a break while having the freedom to self cater - your time is your own. Meet the alpacas and see our small selection of NZ alpaca products for sale. Baby alpacas (cria) are usually born here from late November to January, so you may see a birth if you visit during this time. You can get close up to the alpacas and touch or lead one if you want. We also have chickens and ducks on the property.
Feilding has been voted most beautiful town in NZ 14 times - there are a selection of boutique shops and parking is free. Visit the renowned Coach House Museum or on Fridays, the farmer's market or the largest livestock market in the Southern Hemisphere.
Feilding has some testing cycling with local cycling routes here and into the Rangitikei, we are ideally placed as your rest stop, and our Rinnai hot water system ensures everyone gets a hot shower at the end of the day.
If you are attending an event in Manfield Park, you can escape back here in the evenings - we have plenty of car and trailer parking and you can also bring your horse here overnight for a break.

Inside this little cottage was a perfectly tidy little motel. Anything you could possibly want was there. It was perfect. Not at all the character we were expecting, but never-the-less we had a comfortable stay. An alpaca braved the drizzle and came close to the bathroom window which was fun.
