The property door is right by a very muddy and smelly chook run. The property does not have a toilet or shower and we were informed verbally that we would be required to go across the lawn to the main house and knock if we needed bathroom... imagine doing that at midnight for a pee?? This was NOT in the advertisement ( but we see it has been uploaded now). We agreed that we would forfeit $60 for a cleaning fee even though we did not stay and Julie agreed to refund the remainder but now refuses.
The accommodation is a lovely rustic farm stay exactly as listed, with bathroom facilities open 24/7 in the main farm house, a short walk down the path. We made offers of other accommodation to help this guest who had made a kiwi Bach type booking their partner found unsuitable. There was no agreement to refund for the guests error.

Four of us stayed in this lovely farm for two nights. The host was very friendly. The farm was fabulous. The room that we had was very clean and warm and well decorated. The farm has funny and very friendly dogs which we loved them a lot. For sure we will go there again and we highly recommend this place.
