The first bedroom off the hall is a queen bedroom, the second room at the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed and also has a vanity unit and toilet. The third room is off the laundry area.
The fully fenced back garden has lots of room for the kiddies to play. A garden bench seat and brazier are both there for those summer evenings when toasted marshmallows are a must. With two decked areas, one either side of the house, you can enjoy the all day sun as you kick back and relax while the children run free. There is plenty of off street parking.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00
