A gorgeous place for a family - the kids loved the daily lamb feeding and the adults loved the view. The cottage is close (25 mins or so) to Napier and Hastings but miles away from anything resembling urban life. Truly enjoyable and highly recommended.
Amazing setting and location so close to Napier, we knew the type of property it was going to be and it provided all we needed for a winter weekend away with friends . Warm and cosy. Great walks in the surrounding areas , great views.
This place is a little slice of heaven on earth. Myself and my adult siblings chose this spot as a relaxing weekend away with our Dad and it was exactly what we needed! Gorgeous views, beautiful (and educational!) walks as well as an extremely well-appointed cottage with almost everything you could need! We were comfortable, relaxed and very happy here. It was very hard to leave and amazing to think it was just an hour's drive from home. It felt like we were in another country - loved it!
