Completed for Easter 2016 our beautiful, modern 3 bedroom Coromandel BEACHFRONT holiday home sleeps 6 in luxury, with the added benefit of a separate totally self contained sleepout for a further 4 children, teenagers, or even adults who don’t mind sharing.

The bach has outstanding views out towards the Pacific Ocean past Punga Punga Island, where from the decking with your drink you can watch the acrobatics of the best surfers on windy days, and in the distance see the Mercury Islands.

The bach and its sleepout have PRIVATE DIRECT ACCESS onto the fine white sand beach.

You could hardly imagine a better location: the renowned beauty of Whangapoua nestled between the hills behind and the ocean, and the surf nearby to lull you to sleep in a brand new, light and airy and very sturdily constructed and insulated home with double glazed windows and sliders throughout and all mod cons. In the bach a double fridge with icemaker, oversized HW cylinder, blackout curtains, freshwater borehole, the outside warm shower, and a new Weber gas BBQ are just a few of the little things which will help make your holiday perfect.

Decking both sides of the bach, and the sleepout's protected patio with retractable sides, allows eating out in comfort.

Whangapoua has a shop, with fuel pump, tennis courts, harbour with tidal boat ramp, 20 minute walk to the world famous New Chums Beach. Matarangi Golf course is a 15 minute drive, and the great Luke's Kitchen cafe/restaurant (fab pizzas) at Kuaotunu (15 mins), and more restaurants in Coromandel township (approx 20 mins drive).

Minimum stay 3 nights. Max 10 people (4 in sleepout)

High Season price includes sleepout if required. In Low Season sleepout can be added for extra $300 pn

$500 cash bond payable on arrival, returnable less any requirements for extra cleaning or damages

    None of our group had been to whangapoua before and we absolutely fell in love with the charming beach after our stay. We spent everyday swimming day and night. Fantastic location-- right outside the beach. The Bach is wonderful, modern and was in pristine condition when we arrived. Didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back to visit!
