Location is everything, and Lakeside is a few minutes walking distance to downtown fun, or simply relax while taking in the views from the lake-facing balcony and open plan living-dining area.
The kitchen is modern and renovated to a very comfortable standard, while the two bathrooms are similarly clean, contemporary and spacious.
From the entrance on the lower level you will find the three bedrooms, main bathroom, and laundry. The master bedroom with balcony, ensuite and views of the lake, has a queen bed. The remaining bedrooms have a double in one and 2 singles in the other
Indoor-outdoor living: a front-facing, triangular balcony is perfectly positioned for panoramic views over the marina, lake & mountains. To the rear of the apartment is a private outdoor area, with a private courtyard and a gas BBQ.
Parking: taken care of with a private garage.
