Upstairs living provides an outlook to the hills and lots of natural light. Great for entertaining with two sunny upstairs decks & a BBQ. A ground level deck running down the north side of the house with all downstairs rooms featuring ranch sliders opening out to it. A second BBQ & seating area as well as a trampoline for the kids.

Spacious and modern, this house is well equipped with all the mod cons including gas fireplace, unlimited WIFI, Sky TV (Sports), 2 smart TVs, Netflix and Xbox. A third flat screen TV mounted in the Master Bedroom.

Excellent location only 150m to the café and 350m to the surf club.

An appealing and comfortable family beach house in the new end of Omaha. This house will easily accommodate one or two families with a bunk room for the kids and their own separate lounge plus two generous bathrooms.

There are bikes, tennis rackets, a table tennis table and a springless trampoline for guest's use.

Omaha is only one hour’s drive north of Auckland and is known for its spectacular 4km white sand beach. The beach is patrolled in the summer and has decent surf for those who wish to bring a board. Omaha is also the perfect spot for bike-riding, walking, tennis, golf and fishing. Playgrounds for the kiddies and a sheltered estuary and boat ramp for water sports. Nearby is the charming village of Matakana, local vineyards, Leigh, Goat Island and Tawharanui Regional Park.

Special conditions: Minimum 3 nights on long weekends and Minimum 5 nights from 25 December until 15 January. 2 night minimum stay at other times. Strictly no smoking. Pillows, duvets and blankets provided. Must bring your own linen and towels. Cleaning fee and bond applies.

    Beautiful new house with a great layout for the extended family. Located just a short stroll to the shops and beach. Lots of activities available to keep the kids entertained - board games, table tennis, trampoline, bikes - they loved it. 5 Stars, would definitely stay again.

  • This house was perfect for our family getaway

    This house was perfect for our family getaway. The property is minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The three bathrooms and split level living spaces meant we could all enjoy ourselves, no matter which little ones were napping or playing. We had some bad weather towards the end of our stay and the house was warm, comfortable, and there was still so much to do in the local area, and in the house due to all of the fantastic resources left available to use by the owners.
