The property is located inside the exclusive Matiatia Estate - just two km to the cafes, shops and restaurants of Oneroa Village and nearby to fantastic vineyards and the Matiatia ferry to Auckland and Devonport.

The interior is designed to maximise the stunning vista and it boasts decks on three sides to allow alfresco dining and entertainment.

The house has three main bedrooms with double beds, and each with its own ensuite. The master bedroom enjoys direct access to the featured swimming pool - what a way to start a day!

The other two main bedrooms have adjoining cabana style bedrooms each of which may be configured as two single beds. This make the layout of the house perfect for, say three adult couples, and up to four children. There are two separate "spill" bunk beds and small ensuite bathroom in converted, integrated garage suitable for children/teenagers.

Beds in main bedrooms come with high thread count quality Egyptian cotton sheets, feather duvets and pillows.

The property is only five minutes from Oneroa Village, fantastic vineyards including Cable Bay and Mudbrick, and the Fullers ferry.

Special conditions: Guest Access A lockbox code will be provided prior to your arrival to give access to the house keys. Guests are able to access all parts of the property and grounds. Transport Taxi services are readily available on the island - Island Taxis are the largest operator. The owner keeps a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV at the house which can be used by guests.
