The property was in great condition, very clean and tidy with lovely new carpet and furnishings. Kitchen well stocked. We stayed in winter and the fireplace was easy to get going and warmed up the house nicely with the extractor fan. The location is brilliant, 50m from the town square, very handy when it's chilly at night and you don't want to walk far for dinner!
Good location but we were travelling with a baby and we're told a cot would be set up on arrival - this didn't happen and the baby had to sleep in his pram. It also said there were electric blankets available but we found none and the house was FREEZING
Hi ya, I'm really sorry you were cold, the other bed has an electric blanket but yes you're right the room you choose doesn't so we have no ammendee this. I said we have a portocot, I don't remember saying it would be set up as it's kept in the wardrobe, free for guests to use as they please. We provide kindle, firewood plus fire starters etc, the fire is very efficient and with the use of the expeller the house would have been warm in no time. Thank you for your constructive feedback and we
