Get back to the basics without sacrificing your comfort. These cabins provide a true rural country experience to sit back and enjoy the peace on the doorstep of fiordland. Gas burner to cook on, fresh running water and solar lighting. Plates, cooking pots etc all provided. There is no power other than lighting so no fridge however there is one in the communal area. Shower and toilet provided a short walk away in a communal block. Breakfast is NOT provided hence the special low price. You can however pre order an organic breakfast basket from us for additional price. Includes home made muesli, free range eggs from our hens, bread, jam, locally sourced honey, bacon and fresh fruit. We also offer cheese and nibble platters, packed lunches for excursions and BBQ packs to be cooked up for dinner!
Your awesome hosts Warren & Jacs have worked and guided throughout NZ and have a special love and knowledge of fiordland to help you get the most out of your time in area and the rest of NZ. We also do bookings free of charge for any activities such as Doubtful & Milford Sound Cruises, kayaking, as well as operators in Queenstown so you dont miss out on your Adrenalin packed jet boat ride or skydiving experience! We don't always get to spend as much time with our cabin guests as it is your private cabin and we live in the big main house. Please feel free to come and chat to us at any time.
We have 5 cabins available, one with 3 single bunks and a double so can cater for groups just let us know on enquiry.
