Bach or holiday home | Kaipara Harbour | #37158
Less than 90 minutes drive from the Auckland CBD, Pahi is a slice of how New Zealand was when you were a kid.
The Kaipara Harbour is reknown for an abundance of fish / shelfish and lack of people. Boats can be launched from the boat ramp at Pahi at any tide, and there is a campground and children's playground as well as a wharf for rod fishing.
Our holiday home is less than 5 years old and has been built to maximise the hillside setting and outstanding views of the Kaipara Harbour.
Within a short driving distance of bush walks and The Kauri Museum at Matakohe and on the way to the Kai Iwi Lakes for those who want to venture further afield, this place offers a great base for activities on and around the Kaipara. Or just sit back and enjoy the tranquility.
Perfect for artists, poets and those of the louder persuasion, this place will not disappoint.

The location of this property is awesome, it's very secluded and has beautiful views. The house is modern and the kitchen/dining/lounge area is open, light and spacious. The deck is huge and it's good there is a sheltered part too if it rains. Our only suggestions are that the 2 smaller bedrooms need curtains, the bunk-bed mattresses were uncomfortable for adults to sleep on, and there is no sun umbrella on the deck for when the sun is too hot! Apart from that, this house is awesome! Recommend!
