The property is located in a large forest so care must be taken when exploring the property, keep to the walking tracks and supervise young children. There is lots to explore. A beautiful stream runs through the property. The property is located on a protected forest there is a constant FIRE BAN in place.
The property is situated at the beginning of several Peel Forest walking/hiking tracks. Mt Peel track 5 minutes walk away.
Walks to waterfalls only minutes away, river bed for boulder hopping just a short walk down the hill. Horse treking and rangitata rafting only minutes away also along with other outdoor adventuring.
5 mins drive to licensed restaurant and store.
5 mins drive to playground.
20 mins drive to Geraldine township.
