The apartment is light, bright and modern and is completely private with its own access. It is a luxurious, quiet and relaxing place to return to at the end of a busy day, but is in a great location with cafes, an organic grocer, the beach and vibrant waterfront only 50 steps away. The lounge room features a large sliding door which opens onto a private sunny patio with outdoor gas fireplace and lawn, shaded in palms. You can see the sea from here.
There is a kitchenette including a microwave, two elements for stove top cooking, refrigerator, sink, toaster, electric jug.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and also opens onto a private patio and grass area. The modern bathroom features a bath as well as shower.
The apartment is one minute's walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars and right beside the waterfront. There are numerous parks at your doorstep and three beaches in walking distance. Public transport is also one minute away and the CBD is 12 minutes by car.
You can have a quiet and relaxing rest here or make use of the variety of sporting and tourist activities close by.
Special conditions: No parties please, as we like to respect our neighbours and our lovely quiet neighbourhood. Smoking not allowed on the property. Only two people allowed to stay.

A great apartment, one block from beautiful Kohimarama beach. Most importantly comfortably furnished! A great bed with quality linens makes all the difference. This apartment also has a great outdoor space and a luxorious bathroom. Small efficiency kitchen-- but adequate for our purposes. On street parking was not a problem at all. Would gladly stay again!
The property is new and clean and well appointed for a comfortable stay. The outside space is also lovely and creates additional living space. It is also just a 2 minute walk to the beach and dining. We highly recommend this property.
