Located just minutes from the heart of Queenstown, my modern, two bedroom, two storey townhouse is in a perfect location, with incredible views of Queenstown's iconic lake and mountains! Recently fully renovated, and with free unlimited, high-speed fibre internet, I have personally selected every element of this home to ensure you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay.
The home has a Queenstown, alpine feel with high vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, wooden features throughout and has been furnished to suit travellers who admire the taste of luxury!
Fully double glazed and a plush heavy pile carpet will provide warmth in winter; heating is controlled in every room with underfloor heating in both bathrooms and a wall mounted deluxe split vane heatpump also provides full air conditioning in the summer months.
You'll enjoy a modern, well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances, a stunning luxury bathroom and a variety of living spaces suitable for up to six guests.
The top floor has an open-plan design which beautifully and easily flows from the private balcony to lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry. Washing machine/ dryer is provided, with detergent. Access to the complex's private grounds are using a rear spiral staircase. All areas are designed to capture the alpine region and views of the surrounding mountains.
The ground floor and entry level hosts two guest rooms, luxury bathroom, separate toilet and a private courtyard with entertaining area. Both guest rooms have generous wardrobes and are fully double glazed, heated, and fitted with thermal curtains to keep you warm in winter.
On the lower ground level, the covered carport hosts a lockable storage locker – perfect for ski’s, snowboards and ski gear (for that quick getaway on powder days!!) or mountain bikes and other toys which need to be stored securely.
Special conditions: House Rules are to act respectfully, exactly how you would act in your own home. Newly refurbished with new carpets, new linen, new furniture and double glazing - please take good care of my townhouse and possessions as you would if your own. Always remove footwear inside the house, use the coasters provided for all drinks/ plates on the furniture and tidy away anything you use in the kitchen. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck only reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests.

Location was good if you want to be away from town. But, always had to drive in & find parking. Parking was difficult during the holidays. Did walk once & the uphill back was a killer. Overall, the property was good—decorated nicely, well supplied kitchen, fantastic shower. The second bedroom was a bit cramped. The shower room fan was VERY annoying. Maybe adjust so it stays on for 10 minutes, not 30. Main complaint was the creaking floor, upstairs!!! Directions for washer/dryer.
