    Great house, warm, comfortable, well equipped and stylish. Good location, walking distance to parks, including Margaret Mahy playground, Botanics and museum. Very handy with supermarket over road. Comfortable beds! Would stay again.

    Beautiful house, great location, supermarket across the road, easy to get to centre of city by car or bus. The villa has been restored beautifully with everything you need. Garden is a lovely extra. Great kitchen, lovely touches - cereal in jars & coffee beans in grinder. Beds are super comfy with lovely linen. Only thing that would make it faultless is a lock on the bathroom - not having one can make it awkward when staying with 5 people! Thanks for sharing this gem.
