Our rolling farmland is a haven for native birds with extensive plantings of native plants, which you are free to walk around and enjoy. Within 10 minutes of our property ,you can enjoy Canopy Tours, Agrodome, Mitai Maori Experience, Skyline/Luge and Agroventures to name a few. A little further afield is the stunning Redwood Forest, well known for mountain biking and walking trails. There are so many fantastic places to visit and so much fun to be had that it is not possible to list them all. The Ngongataha Village is a short 5 minute drive. The cottage is small but feels spacious. We had four adults and spent a lot of time indoors due to the weather and did not feel like we were on each others toes. It is also situated in rural country while still being near to attractions and activities.
Great home! We were able to relax and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax around Rotorua. Close to everything we wanted to do but also away from the craziness of a downtown area. Lyn made sure we were very welcomed and knew about all the great places to explore around the area.
