A contemporary three bedroom split level house with a spacious modern kitchen, stone Island bench, and comfortable seating. From the open plan living two big sliding doors open up to different sides of the decks. Wake up to the sound of the Tui or wood pigeons, and let the children play in your own private forest, 100 meters long, with its own little stream. For those who can't go without, stay in touch using the super fast free fibre broadband wifi. Your drinking water will be filtered (Micron rating 0.5)

Your master bedroom has big sliding doors opening onto one of the decks. In the evening enjoy a BBQ on the new 6 burner. Play your own music using the on site blue-tooth Bose speaker. When all this is too hot, switch on the air-conditioner, or open up the windows with its big fly-screens.

For the little one there is a portacot in the house. There is also ample parking for your car and boat on the huge car deck.

Layout: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and bathroom are at the upper level and the open plan kitchen, living and dining area are at the lower level. Linen and towels are supplied and are included in the price.

    If you want a weekend away from the big smoke, then this is the place to be. A home away from home,we instantly settled in and it was catered to our needs.The house is modern,clean,tidy and extremely well kept. Great views, open spaces, plenty of light made us feel we really did not need to leave. Location is excellent to the Waiheke Village and nearby winery's and beaches. We enjoyed walking to nearby beaches. Olisha Naicker Registered Psychologist.

    Fabulous location and amazing views from the deck. Your property was absolutely fantastic. Very quiet and no traffic. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the property exceeded our expectations and all the little unexpected inclusions made our stay with you so incredibly easy! For instance the modern kitchen and bathroom, the open space living, yes even a Bose Bluetooth speaker for our laptops. We had a very relaxing stay and we loved the Tui and wood pigeon in the trees. Thank you!!

    This property was very handy to a bus stop which was very convenient. The house was new, very clean and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only negative was that it had only one toilet, in the main bathroom. For a house that sleeps six there should be at least a separate toilet, and preferably two toilets.
