Probably the nicest place to stay in Greymouth. The house itself is modern, comfortable and bright with all the necessary amenities. We saw amazing sunsets most nights. The street is private and we could walk downtown easily. We dealt mostly with Paul, who was one of the most knowledgeable people we have met. He answered all our questions about history and outdoor tours of the area. Grey mouth itself is definitely worth a few day's stay as well. Highly recommended!
