Bach or holiday home | Havelock North | #37759
This house is 20 years old, and was designed to embrace the location. All the rooms have a different aspect of view, whether it be the proximity to the peak or the valley with the city of Hastings and Napier, the ranges, or both. Once here, you will find it very hard to leave and enjoy all the things that the bay has to offer. But when you do, you will know that you will return to a cozy home with amazing sunset views.
The property sits on a site with lawns and native bush. The bird life is vibrant and a joy to listen and watch.
This is a unique opportunity to be staying in the 'Outstanding Natural Feature Area of Te Mata Peak'
Located 5 min. to convenient store, and 10 min. to the centre of Havelock North, scenic cycleways, wineries, Saturday market in Black Barn during summer months, and the whole bay.
For keen walkers, the Te Mata Peak Park is accessed straight from the property, with numerous walks.
Or a short walk will take you to a bluff overlooking the Tuki Tuki valley, a great place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Stunning views, beautifully fitted out with quality furnishings, art and linen. An architectural masterpiece. Modern and spacious interior design with interesting angles and a homely warmth. Kitchen was very well stocked, including pantry staples. Loved the view from the spa bath! Walks and birds on your doorstep, with a little family of frogs in the pond by the dining room window. Exceptional landscaping with NZ natives. Highly recommended. We will stay again!
