It is comfortable and compact with a small kitchenette, bathroom and an open plan bedroom and dining area. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, vege steamer, toaster and kettle and is great for breakfast or lunch or heating up takeaways but it is not a full kitchen for cooking meals. Guests also have a private patio area to sit and relax outside.

You are welcome to wander around our gardens and pick fresh herbs and salad vegetables from the garden when available.

Plenty of parking.

If you are a business traveller or social traveller our studio flat is the ideal place to stay.

If it is seclusion and privacy you are after, once we have made introductions we will leave you to get on with your stay. If you would prefer to interact with us we are more than happy to spend time with you and share experiences.

We are always available should you need us.

There is no public transport however there are rental cars available from the Kerikeri airport.

We have a cocker spaniel dog, his name is Joe - named after Joe Cocker.

We are happy to provide antipasto platters and breakfasts - either continental or fully cooked - prices on application and menu is in the continuum.

Sue is a mosaic artist and holds workshops from her home, if attending a workshop would be of interest to you please inquire.

We are just 5 minutes to the Twin Coast Cycle Trail (Kaikohe-Okaihau) and at the end of our road is the Okaihau Golf Course (9 Hole Public Course).

12 minutes to Kerikeri airport with regular flights to Auckland. Car hire is also available from the airport.
