Bach or holiday home | Paekakariki | #38706
This is very sweet and simple little kiwi bach, no frills, no tv, no wifi. Just a basic holiday house to relax in like the old days with board games and plenty of books and a lovely bush track down to the beach. Bring your board shorts and boogie boards.
Lots of easy walking tracks nearby.
Sea views inside and out and within 5 minutes walking distance to the local village and train station for day trips.
It is very private with lots of trees (and tuis to wake up to.)

A rustic paradise.

Taking into consideration its age and kiwi-batch feel, it was comfortable and spacious. In line with the batchy feel it also had more spider webs in corners than a good clean would've left. This bothered my husband more than me. I loved the layout and the deck looking out to Ocean. I was surprised at how spacious it was compared to how it appeared in the images. We felt really comfortable here.
We found this property charming in a characterful, bach like way. There was plenty of room, great views of the sea and Kapiti Island and a very sweet and handy track down to the sea. There is more room inside than it looks from the outside and whilst being quite rustic, it had everything we needed and lots of comfy sofas. There were good spaces for children to set up board games in ... a deck with outdoor seating and great views and it was very peaceful. A great find !
