Lovely warm bach in the rainy weather over the school holidays - fire, heatpump, electric blankets, and lots of oil heaters too! Turoa was closed but we stayed warm and cosy inside reading books and playing boardgames.

  • Was very cold when we arrived at 9

Was very cold when we arrived at 9.30pm on a Friday evening. It would have been really nice to arrive to a lit fire. Also if it is advertised as a 7-bed bach then I would expect seating for 7 round the table. there was only room for 4.

    Owner/manager responds:

Regarding the dining table, there 2 easy chairs that can also fit around it (seating 6) and the table is beside the breakfast bar (3 stools) so a party of 8 can enjoy a meal together.

  • Great clean tidy Bach

Great clean tidy Bach. Was very cozy once the fire was up and running too. We had our children and their grandparents and we all had plenty of room. The only down side was the Internet didn't work too well but we weren't too bothered by that. Thanks for a great stay!
