Fantasic bach with everything you need for your stay. We did fishing from the jetty and launched the jet ski (either side of high tide) and fished in the harbor. Getting snapper from both. Will go back
An amazing place....We loved every minute of it. Our boys loved the outdoors and being able to go fishing/exploring when they wanted to. Very relaxing!
On our arrival we found a sad out of date dirty place which had looked so promising in the description. Greeted by the owner we were told that we couldn't launch the boat off the beach and the wharf which was described as a fun place to jump off didn't have a ladder to climb back up again. The following day we contacted Julie about the state of the BBQ, oven, and the overall cleanliness of the place. She acted quickly in organising a cleaner and a new BBQ but by that stage our mood had sunk quite low as more and more details of the out of date place came to light. We were thankful that Julie had recognised the absolute necessities of a new BBQ and the need of a cleaner however it made us feel like we were just paying guests and this place was not very well looked after. Also for future guests I would like to point out that it is a long way out of Raglan down a gravel road and on a very muddy inlet. The tide takes a long time to come in and you feel almost trapped especially if you have
What a beautiful spot. An ideal place to rest and relax. Close to Raglan to be able to grab a meal or visit the shops to pick up anything you may have forgotten.
Had a lovely restful stay. Ultimate place for peace and quiet. Lovely views. Pleasant short drive to Raglan if required. Will definately be back!
