  • Absolutely lovely cottage, am already planning a return trip

Absolutely lovely cottage, am already planning a return trip. Very grateful for provisions that were left and the personal touches were spot on. I did struggle with getting the fire going but once it was burning the home got lovely and toasty warm. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the last of the sun while listening to the birds. I did notice the rumble of trucks at times but this wasn't a big disturbance.

The property consisted of a magnificent Victorian cottage which has been meticulously restored with wonderful decor in keeping with the era. It has a glorious cottage garden. It is in a most convenient location with easy walking distance into the Main Street of Greytown but far enough away to be quiet. It is also close to the Woodside rail trail and bicycles were available for cycling the trail, which we highly appreciated and enjoyed.

  • Beautiful cottage with great character and charm

Beautiful cottage with great character and charm. Made welcoming with ample breakfast supplies on arrival and wood-fired heater all set up and ready to go (we needed it on the first night!). Good location. Nice bed linen but the towels were a bit "tired". Overall a great place to stay
