  • This place is amazing

This place is amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay amongst the bush, nikau palms and bird song. This cottage is like a wee retreat. Was cosy, warm and we loved the kiwanana. The owners are very generous as there are some provisions which are made available for use, a coffee machine plus coffee. No additional fees charged for linen or washing of. Would recommend this as the place to stay if you want to have a real break away from it all. The Flint family

  • This is a unique bach that had an off grid feel

This is a unique bach that had an off grid feel. An escape from the everyday life and being surrounded by nikau palms was surreal. It forced our young family to disconnect from the distractions of technology and reconnect as a family. The 'digital detox' was a challenge in the rainy weather, but once the sun came out we had so many beaches to explore! The kids enjoyed the toys and books that were provided. We appreciated the heat pump for extra warmth in the evenings.
