Travel time from Auckland City is 30 minutes north, it is a little bit of paradise amazingly close to a major city.
Bus North Star bus 895 brings you from the city to the start of The Strand.

This property is an absolute treat for those of us that love a bit of the "kiwiana" that makes staying on our coast lands so relaxing .. I hope this property NEVER gets sold out and continues to offer the iconic Kiwi bach experience for years to come. Only feedback for improvement is that Hubby would have loved an upgrade on the BBQ. :)
