This lovely, sunny kiwi batch offers ever changing wonderful views with comfortable indoor /out door living. Bifilod doors create alfresco living.

Suitable for mature family groups or couples.

Ample off street parking, easy access to the flat fully fenced section with room for the boat. Covered carport, retractable hose and fish bench.

Child friendly, fully fenced flat section. Not suitable for boisterous or highly active toddlers.

With prior negotiation, well mannered, outdoor pets are welcome.

Easy stroll beside the waters edge, to the many cafes, and shops.

Bring your own kayaks and push bikes and add to the fun. Catch the ferry to Cooks Beach or play a round of golf. Near by attractions include Cathedral Cove, Hot Water beach and Shakespear Cliff's. The Corromandel offers a multitude of cultural, art and craft and leisure activities.

This property is available to mature and family groups with a maximum number of 5 adult guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

On statutory holidays and event weekends a peak rate applies of $270.00 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Christmas and New Year a minimum stay of 5 nights applies.

Easter a minimum stay of 4 nights applies, a peak rate of $270. per night.

School holiday period a nightly rate of $200. applies minimum stay 3 nights.

A refundable $70 cleaning fee is collected and is refunded fully on post departure check, ensuring the Bach is left in clean, tidy and neatly presented condition, ready for the group that follows.

Special conditions: Suitable for small family groups The bach is rented on the understanding that guests leave it clean and tidy, neatly presented with all rubbish removed, ready for next group. A refundable, cleaning bond of $70 is required. Pets permitted with prior approval, and are to remain outside at all times. Property is smoke free. All rubbish and recycling to be removed on departure. Alternative rates apply for school holidays, statutory holidays and event weekend. Refer Description

    This bach is an easy walk into town for restaurants, cafe's, pub etc. It is one minute walk from the estuary and in a quiet neighbourhood. The garden is well kept, the bach is clean and tidy with modern décor and everything that you need. We ate breakfast in the sun on the front deck every morning and loved opening up the folding doors to open up the living room onto the deck. It's a comfortable, warm, clean bach.

    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this home had everything we could possibly need, very homely and comfortable. Very convenient, with a short walk into town, and a short walk to the water. We had four in our party and we all enjoyed having our meals out on the deck, comfortable outdoor furniture. Thanks once again for a great stay.
