Authentic Kiwi bach with magnificent view of the beach. Downsides were lack of washing machine and traffic noise, especially in the rear bedroom. House was clean. Beach access tricky at the base of the cliff because of erosion. House is semi detached and we were very lucky there was no-one staying next door as privacy would be an issue.
