  • This bach is a fabulous find

This bach is a fabulous find. Okay, some kms on gravel road and set up on a hill so not an easy walk to the water, BUT an absolute gem of a place. Beautiful views, cute, quirky and ever so comfortable. Would have liked a bigger bed in the master but that didn't stop us lying in and admiring the view. Quality linens and towels, functional kitchen and great BBQ in its own little garden setting, with plenty of outside seating to enjoy the view.

After the general excitement upon arrival, we felt right at home so it was a relaxed atmosphere with quiet surroundings :) (P.S The road is all apart of the experience)

  • Had a great time at the Mudenza

Had a great time at the Mudenza. The house is situated up on a hill with a spectacular view over the water. Theres a nice little garden for BBQ's. Inside the House had everything you could need. Also it was really well kept.

  • This is a magnifent property

This is a magnifent property. If your looking for peace and tranquility this is it. 10 minutes out of Opononi but you could very well think civilisation was way further. Views to die for from every outlook. Grounds well kept and beautiful outdoor area. The attention to detail in this quirky abode is outstanding. I definitely will be back. Thank you both for a carefree stay.

  • Such a cool spot on the hill

Such a cool spot on the hill ... with the most amazing views over th Hokianga Harbour. This place fitted myself and my family perfectly ... the coal range was great for that chilly spring night!
