This is one of my favourite places to stay in NZ. Unique, beautiful, remote but has everything you need. The hosts are down to earth and frankly just lovely. Love it. don't change it (and don't tell anyone else about it!) No TV! brilliant. Have stayed on our honeymoon, with our kids and now with our friends. We will be back again.
It's a lovely bach and had everything we needed. Our stay was cut short by some crazy weather (we had to get back before Arthurs Pass closed) so we didn't get to experience the awesome looking hot tub or anything outdoors really. We loved the fire and the cosiness of it all though.
