  • The bach was a charming place to stay

The bach was a charming place to stay. It had tonnes of character. It got very pleasant afternoon sun. Karin made sure we had lots of warm blankets so we were nice and cosy at night. It worked well for a family of four.

  • We love the authenticity of this little kiwi Bach

We love the authenticity of this little kiwi Bach. Unpretentious, clean and tidy with cosy blankets, basic home comforts and huge character. Sitting on the deck up the hill, wee glass in hand and overlooking the harbour is the first thing we do after turning off the engine!

  • Cosy old Bach in bush setting

Cosy old Bach in bush setting. Enjoyed the private quiet area and wandering down (via access path up the road) to the water.
