Seaview House was built in the late 1800's and retains much of its original character, double staircase, clawfoot bath in shared bathroom, high ceilings etc, while offering one of Napier's most spectacular views, overlooking the city and out across the Pacific ocean to Cape Kidnappers.
Perfectly located on the terrace with local cafes, bars, restaurants and many local attractions only a short stroll away (no need for the car)
In the evening you can BBQ on the deck and enjoy a vino! or two!! and then maybe a relaxing spa just down the steps at the Ocean spa complex, the property has a full facility kitchen, with complementary tea and coffee. Laundry facilities and all linen are provided, there is also a porta cot available should you have a baby, but we do stress that the property does have a double staircase, however we do have a child safety gate, just request it and we can put it in place as there is a knack to doing this. Also we have FREE WiFi available for guests use.
Smoking is allowed in the courtyard and ashtrays are provided.
We live separately from the main house but are close by should you require anything, maybe just information on local attractions, the best restaurants etc.
We do not have eftpos so can only accept cash, cheque or internet banking.
