Bach or holiday home | Kohukohu | #7824
This two bedroomed cottage C.1880 is located on a stunning site 3 min drive from the car ferry. Stroll to the cafe, art gallery, pub, dairy, post office, RSA or bowls club. Take in the heritage walk around the village or just unwind with far reaching views in front of you.
Refurbished in recent years this is a very tidy cottage. Whilst it's a good place to rest if passing through it also makes a good base to discover Northlands beaches and walks.

Amazing experience to stay in the historic cottage which is also a very personal and comfortable Kiwi family holiday retreat so special to be able share!! Kohukohu is just lovely. We were a bit unlucky as everything was closed when we arrived at 5 pm in the afternoon. But a nice local artist gave us a rock melon and salat greens from her garden and we caught a fish of the warf. I would advise people bringing their own food if they plan to eat in as the shop there is poorly stocked.
The cottage was not only in the most delightful location, but beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the facilities well catered. Would definitely return there and recommend anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Kohukohu that it is ideal."
Highly recommended! The cottage is clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated, with amazing views. We stayed for five days and fell in love with the cottage and the Hokianga area. A wonderful treasure. We would love to stay again.
