The property was great and the location was an experience for our family. The children enjoyed the different environment and loved kayaking. I would recommend though that the owner needs to ensure there is enough water for the people using the house. Instead of giving enough water for the amount of booked days, give water for a day extra just incase it runs out. Otherwise everything else was fine, we really enjoyed our stay at the house.
Great place to stay as long as you fit in around tides and a bump access track. The house is nestled in the dunes on The Spit with the saltmarsh on one side and the sea on the other. We didn't get to swim as it was too windy and cold but sure it would be lovely when it is sunny.
