Good location for cycling (near Alexandra), to eat Speargrass Inn (excellent) and for a semi rural experience (Lambs in the paddock, snow on the hill tops!) Cosy and historic cottage, great sunny court yard to relax in. Would return.
We loved our stay at Paddy's Cottage. A true rustic country cottage with so much character. A walk up the hill to Mitchell's Cortage rewarded us with amazing views and an insight into the history of the area. The cottage is warm and cosy and we didn't want to leave.
This is a character filled cottage with a real old settler feel. The weather was very cold but there was a good warm fire waiting for us. The cottage is well equipped. We slept well. We are big readers and would have appreciated two bedside lights. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.
