Two bedroom house with third bedroom & ensuite option (see details below). Recently renovated with new furnishings, and appliances throughout. All day sun with great mountain views, including Treble Cone Ski field, from the living area and bedrooms. Fifteen minutes walk to town, five minutes to Bremner Bay and lakeside walking and biking track. Wonderful indoor-outdoor flow with sliding door leading to deck on West and North side, and bi- fold doors to sunny courtyard and BBQ area with outdoor furniture.

Kitchen has all new equipment and utensils, a large pantry and generous storage space.

Bathroom has gas heated hot water, under floor heating, heated towel rail and heated mirror. Separate shower and toilet. Sit back and relax in the comfortable lounge and dining area with LCD TV, with Freeview, DVD player and stereo with I-Pod dock. There is a small selection of DVDs, CDs games and puzzles.

Cosy in the winter with log burner and heat pump.

Bedroom and bathroom linen supplied.

PLEASE NOTE: The new south wing located above the garage may occasionally be used by the owners or their family for short holidays or weekends. This is a separate building with one queen size bedroom, ensuite, kitchenette and living area. It is joined to the house by a bridge with a ‘solid core’ locked door between. It may be available to rent as part of the house if extra rooms are required at an additional cost of $90 per night.

Also new is a shared laundry, which contains storage and drying area for skis etc.

The apartment below has long term tenant. The floor is fully sound insulated.

Ample off-street parking area and carport.

  • Our second time for family of two adults, two teenagers and grandparents...

    Our second time for family of two adults, two teenagers and grandparents skiing for week and mostly self catering. Size, location and facilities excellent for this purpose (well equipped kitchen, laundry, drying, supermarket). Warm, very tidy and clean, new renovations bathroom and laundry made everything hassle free. Grandparents loved new south wing which is very modern and tasteful. Finally great views. We will be back.
