You enter on the living level, which has an open plan living, dining and kitchette, well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. The master bedroom is upstairs, has a superbly comfortable queen sized bed, and catches wonderful morning sun - perfect for a lovely sleepin! The third level of the house is downstairs from the living room, and contains the bathroom and a snug second bedroom. This opens out onto the large deck set over several levels, surrounded by native bush, overlooking a fish pond - this is the perfect spot to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Then have a soak in the hot tub, enjoying this tranquil scene, which is lit up at night - very romantic! This outstanding location is only 2 mins drive from Matiatia Ferry Terminal and an easy 10min stroll to the vibrant village of Oneroa with plenty of great cafes, bars and shops. Wander along Church Bay Rd to Cable Bay winery, with its fine wine and even better views! The Treehouse is Waiheke's best little Romantic Retreat, the perfect place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries and a superb base from which to enjoy all the wonders of the Island. the treehouse itself was beautiful. the only negative i have had nothing to do with the treehouse but the crowd in the house above. they partied all friday night which made us decide to leave the treehouse saturday morning rather than sunday. although i had paid for two nights i was not going to stay and be kept awake for another party.
I am very sorry to hear that however just to let you know I have confirmed that music was definitely not coming from the house above which is ours, it was from a neighbouring private home. If situations like this do ever occur please make sure you let the Property Manager know. If they had of known of your disturbance I know the team would certainly have intervened on your behalf and done all they could to ensure the rest of your stay was peaceful :) Thanks - Kate (Property Owner)
