This cosy 2 bedroom unit has most of the comforts of home.Across the road from the Achilles superette, Argos Restaurant and just a short walk to surf club,popular Blackie's cafe(best coffee)and our beautiful beach. Also walking distance to the Whangamata Club, RSA and town Centre. 9 hole Golf Course in same street as well as indoor Community Pool.The 18 hole Golf Course is only a short drive away.

The unit is fully equiped and has its own enclosed outside area for entertaining, complete with own BBQ, table & chairs, and further paved area with outdoor furnishings by gardens in peaceful surroundings.

Smoking is not permitted inside but ok outside.

The property has a tropical/beachy feel with off street parking for a couple of cars.

We, the owners(2 Adults) live in the front house with 2 units attached

1 single/1 family unit

We have had many compliments from the guests that have stayed at Coastal Comforts and we look forward to greeting you all soon with refreshments on arrival.

Special conditions: As Unit sleeps 4 with a max of 5 people(FOLD DOWN COUCH) the extra person charge is $15.00 per night. on top of rate quoted. Owners have two cats so unfortunately no other pets allowed. Smoking outside only. Off street parking strictly for guests only. Visitors to park on road. Family setup so no loud music or parties
