We've stayed in many baches throughout the South Island over the course of a year, and this one is easily one of the top 3 we've experienced. Perfectly appointed, free wi-fi, the most gorgeous views out over the harbor and out to the Royal Albatross Centre, comfortable beds... just perfect. My kids were morose when we told them it was time to go. Do note that the location is a 30 minute drive to downtown Dunedin. Perfect for us but may be too far for those planning frequent trips in to the city.
