LINEN OPTIONAL (queensize double bedsheets, pillow cases & towels) - guests have the option to pay for a Linen pack (NZ$37 total for two for stay) or bring your own (pillows & duvet provided at cottage) but PLEASE ADVISE YOUR LINEN REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF BOOKING. This also assists with water conservation as in the small village of Russell we all provide our own fresh water by utilising rain water off the roof into on site sealed tanks then via a filtration system to the cottage. No chemicals involved.

The Cottage is approx 50 sq metres in floor area and comprises open plan kitchen and lounge with bathroom (on ground level) and loft with Queensizesize double bed (innersprung mattress).

A large 'picture window' provides an expansive view from the waters edge out across the Bay. At full tide the waters edge reaches the front of the Cottage. French doors open to a patio area with BBQ and outdoor table.



To the right of the Cottage (facing the water) is a stretch of Reserve and trees bordering the road into Russell Village. Parking is alongside the Cottage.

Close to shops, restaurants, cruise and tour booking office.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

Minimum Stay - two nights.

Pets - sorry, strictly no pets.
