Bi-fold doors fully open up from the open-plan living area to the expansive wrap-around deck with external access and an unimpeded 270-degree vista. The deck is equipped with a range of outdoor furniture, including a large kwila oval table & chairs and very comfortable 'Gloster' easy chairs. Additional folding chairs and loungers are stored in an on-deck cupboard. A gas BBQ is available for use, and a table-top gas heater is on hand.
Once you drag yourself inside from the mesmerising deck views, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/extractor fan, dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a high pressure shower-over-the-bath with a heated towel rail and bathroom heater. And there are two separate toilets: upstairs and downstairs. Heating is electric: all bedrooms have temperature controlled panel heaters, all beds have electric blankets, and a heated clothes rack is on-hand for overnight airing of your ski gear!
Dowstairs you'll find the laundry complete with a F & P washing machine and dryer, plus a second fridge. And just outside is a carport plus hard-surface off-street parking for two vehicles - and a flat front lawn area elevated above street level.
