This is lovely 7 year old 70m2 tiled open plan bach in a quiet part of Whale Bay nestled amongst the Manuka and Kanuka trees. Watch the native birds or the coastline from the kitchen window, lounge or deck. 5 minute walk to the surf of Whale Bay. Keep yourself cool in summer and warm in winter with the heatpump. It has a Granite kitchen benchtop with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, fridge, oven and microwave. Basic pantry ingredients available eg: salt, pepper, sugar, spices, and a BBQ available for your use. Steep section with 2 flat picnic spots with expansive views.
Please note that there may be an option of staying 1 night (depending on bookings). There is also options for linen at $20/person/stay and cleaning at an additional $25/stay. With the cleaning option we ask that when you leave you will empty all rubbish bins and leave benches clear and the dishwasher turned on.
This is a remarkable place in an amazing setting.
If after discussion with us pets are bought on site (unfenced section) the owner is responsible for their pets as neighbours have loose animals.
Check in is 1pm and check out is 11am (this may be negotiable)

Unfortunately mobile phone coverage is intermittent. Coverage is available 100m down the road

The property is a well equipped modern bach. We loved the open plan kitchen. We loved the very good kitchen pots pans and knives!! We loved the view and the balcony. We loved the clean lovely, comfortable beds and sheets. We loved that the rooms can be very darkened with the blinds (we have small kids). We loved the water pressure and beautiful bathroom. There is so much to love here. The only thing missing was a garden and the only downside is the very steep drive. Thanks Lisa!
A blissful home away from home! Has everything and then some... a must to consider!! We would return in a heartbeat... n.b. driveway is a challenge but certainly not a deterrent: We were fortunate to have a 4wd which took us to the front door however would have been equally as happy to walk the minor effortless steps from the bottom if need be…
