Private and quiet area with own water access only 5km from Kerikeri town. 2 storey open plan house that captures all day sun. All main amenities (toilet, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, kitchen etc on ground level. Upstairs large room with walk in shower and computer desk for those that need to work away from home. Has spacious lawn area to suit a fun game of ball, or just to play on. Large deck area to sit and watch the boats, kayaks and paddle boarders coming down the inlet. Adobe pizza oven available, plus trampoline, 1 small dingy with oars, plus kayak and 1 stand up paddle board (converts to kayak) available for use with life jackets.

Paved footpath right into town centre, an easy 30-45 minute walk. Bring the kids bikes or scooters for an easy ride into town.

Can launch kayaks and dingy easily from lawn. Can launch small boats (with 4 wheel drive, summer period only) 2 hours each side of the high tide or use local boat ramp (10 minute drive). Stone store is approx a 30 minute scenic kayak where you can relax at the Pear Tree Restaurant with a cold drink and great meals. Sky TV with sports included.

Mosquito screens installed in bedrooms and fans provided during summer period. Fire place for winter heating.

We are a 25 minute drive to Paihia and Waitangi where you can experience the great Waitangi mountain bike park or head to Paihia and Russel for a more relaxing time. We are 1 hour 10 minute drive to Kaitaia and 3 hours drive one way to Cape Reinga.
