This was the ideal accommodation for our family as we were seeking a rural, quiet setting to relax and enjoy some time together. The shearer's quarters were very well renovated and maintained. It was very clean and cosy and our children loved the rural farm setting. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.
A sensitively restored and well furnished and equipped shearers'quarters in a quiet rural location. Six members of my fishing club used it as a base to fish the Mohaka River, and all were complimentary about the accommodation. It is an ideal base for fishing, recreational rafting or just spending a few days in the country.
