  • This is something a little bit different

This is something a little bit different. Is also secluded and quiet, and has a great view. The children loved their room upstairs, and everyone loved the hot tub..

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin even though the weather was less than ideal! Having a hot tub and fire definitely helped - thanks Desiree for making the effort of making sure we had enough firewood etc! The setting was beautiful and we loved soaking in the tub while looking out over the city lights. We'll be back as soon as we can - hopefully will get some tramping in next time :)

  • We loved the warm and friendly ambience of the bach

We loved the warm and friendly ambience of the bach. Although there was heaps to do (highly recommend the Info site in New Plymouth itself), the best local attraction was the bach itself. The privacy, the views and the wonderful night sky (spectacular due to no light pollution) made this a most wonderful restful holiday.

The solar power hot tub is so amazing, the water heats up to an incredible temperature. This place is so magic! It is secluded but only a 20min drive to a great surf beach - what more could you want! Recommend highly to everyone.
