Initial issue with communication in German despite saying we were travelling from NZ.
We experienced travel delays due to world wide issue and had arranged transport from airport with friends however âhostâ insisted we take train as they werenât prepared to offer late check in !!! She may need to review what host means and communication was just rude ! Spoilt stay. No aircon!
