Firstly the photos do not do this place justice. It’s better than it looks.
Secondly the villa and the grounds are very spacious and very well maintained.
Thirdly the pool is an inspiration in design and style. It sits into the rocky surrounds and the infinity edge bleeds off to blend into the sea beyond. Luigi created this himself and if you know nothing else about the guy, this pool tells you he is clever and has real design flair and vision.
Fourthly, Luigi himself is a great host but only appears when you need him.
Book it , but have a car to get around and you will not regret it.
