About this property

This elegant Victorian mid-terraced home offers ideal contractor or family accommodation in the heart of Chorley which has been thoughtfully arranged over three levels, extending to in excess of 1,860 square feet – large enough to dwarf many of its detached counterparts - which includes four double bedrooms, three reception rooms and three bath/shower rooms (main bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom and joint ensuite to attic bedrooms.

We also provide towels for guests, tea, coffee and other kitchen items so please feel free to help yourself to the items in the kitchen (i.e. tea, coffee etc). Please just ensure that you put everything back in the cupboard where you found it when you leave.

Please leave the house in the same condition as when you arrive.

Please clean up after yourself and put everything back where it was when you arrived.

Please dispose of all of your rubbish and food items when you check out of the house on your final day including emptying all bins used during your stay.

Never stay again

The whole rental was disappointing and very misleading and way overpriced . The property smelt of bad drains and there were air fresheners everywhere. After payment we were sent an 18 page document of house rules absolutely unnecessary. Lack of bath towels and the fact they controlled the temperature remotely was ridiculous. The water was scalding in the shower and no way of changing the temperature and the house was freezing. The tumble dryer was broken too . We were so disappointed and couldn’t believe they had cctv to watch you entering and leaving the property . The stairs were so steep and so our older relatives couldn’t get upstairs to use the toilet . We would never ever rent this old shabby property had we known what it was really like . The hosts ignored our first :2 attempts to contact them and sent us paperwork demanding ID for each visitor or they wouldn’t release check in instructions?? We have never had such a difficult time renting a property and we travel all over the world .

Good central location

The property is close to the town centre, as well as Astley Park which is a great location for a walk.

Family getaway

This holiday was for my family including 3 teenagers and my elderly father. The owners supplied plenty of masks/sanitiser and a few other goodies which was much appreciated. A good base with a lovely park nearby. The only small niggle we had was the WiFi dropped out a few times which was a bit frustrating, otherwise would highly recommend.
